Dominator GT Question. - Page 2

Each mobo and DIMM are different. What's works on one mobo doesn't always work on another mobo of the same or different model, that's why I suggested e-mailing Corsair Tech online. Just because it's not listed online does not mean it won't work. For the price of an e-mail you should be able to get assistance from Corsair Tech.

Never had a single issue running non-QVL RAM on any of my 6 Asus mobos. I would agree that it couldn't hurt to see if anyone has used a particular set before but being that you have a CHIV I don't imagine you will have any issues.

Unfortunately with 20+ years using Asus mobos many of us have confirmed Asus mobos as being RAM sensitive. Any of the RAM suppliers can also confirm this though they may not publicly admit it... It's easy to e-mail and get an answer from a RAM mfg. so you know before you buy. Why make life difficult?
