Strange Windows "you may be the victim of counterfeit software" but...

I got home and had the message "you may be the victim of counterfeit software..." but, well, a) I'm not b) I still have this

Any suggestions other than calling M$? I'm not in the US so calling them costs a gazillion dollars a minute!
