Yes, you can OC with BT stock but if you want go farest on air then it's need a better fan. FM121 2400rpm isn't that noise though. That what I mean.

plenty people max out their CPU on a stock bt. I have for one. Only buy a better fan if your temps suck and you KNOW you can go further, otherwise its a waste.

Stock fan will work great, except with a higher cfm fan you have the added benifit of cooling the components better on the motherboard which will help in getting a better stable overclock.
