Replace the fan of Corsair 600T White

Thread Starter
I have a Corsair 600T White
Now I want to replace all the fans are available in case:
- 120mm fan behind the NF-S12B FLX replaced
- The top 200mm fan instead of two NF-S12B FLX Fan
- I have used Corsair A50 and I replaced it with NF-P14 FLX
The problem is:
- I want or even 200mm front fan, but it's not like the top so I can not be replaced by two 120mm fans, I need your advice can best 200mm fan to replace the front fan.
- When I replaced this, I need to know it works well with the fan controller Corsair 600T White? (I also need the fan to replace the front fan works well with the fan controller Corsair 600T)
As for the fans of my Corsair A50 replaced with NF-P14 FLX, I do like:
- Connect the adapter with the Corsair A50 to plug into the jack located on the motherboard CPU Fan.
- Plug directly into the jack located on the motherboard CPU Fan.
I welcome the help, thanks.
It is important that I do not want to mod.

English? Or comprehensible English?

It sounds like you are wanting to change the fans, and have them compatible with the fan controller and require no modifications to the case?
