so i was thinkin of this http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0358103 anybody got opinions on it i will be useing the x4 830 cpu oced to 3.2 maybe higher tell mw what you think

Low quality 4+1 phase.... not known to frequently fail at all when the power loads are at or below 125W TDP (the 830 is a 95W to start with), but you should hold out and see if you can find something better instead of that.  I'd be hard pressed to recommend any low end MSI board at the moment as overclocking-friendly and safe.
