Having trouble finding info on ram

Thread Starter
I was just browsing the web and noticed that G.Skill had some PC-6400 ddr2 ram with a cas latency of 3. I was trying to find some more information about it (reviews/benchmarks etc.), as well as its price, but everything that comes up is in another language.

Is anyone familiar, or has anyone had better luck finding info. The link isn't working for some reason. This is the best i could do:

You gotta go to Products>DDR2 and scroll down til you find it.

These are your sticks?
http://gskill.com/en/f2-6400cl3d-ga.html

EXPENSIVE in the UK:
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 GA PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS3 Dual Channel Kit (F2-6400CL3D-2GBGA) (MY-016-GS) £328.99 Including VAT at 17.5%
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal...ll_Memory.html - sixth from top

Looking if I find them in the US. Based on the prices of G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 £193.86 Including VAT at 17.5% - same link, right above the orange ones, I'd expect a price of around $450 in the US. (the G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 is $269 on the Egg)

If $450 RAM is in your budget, I might try to look for more. But in that price range, there are other options:
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) with timings 4-4-4-5 for $499.99

Personally, I would get the HZ for $269. It's very good RAM, and overclocks well. If it's for an Intel rig, timings don't matter *that* much. However, AMD is more sensitive about timings I think.

Looks as if they are similar to these:

So I would expect the price to be about the same.

Yeah... those look similar.

G.Skill seems to undercut Corsair a little in the pricing. My range would be $450 - $480 for the G.Skills.
