Yes its true i may have gotten the airflow a bit the other way around. I should get the 2 big 200mm fansin the front and sides take in fresh air and then the the radiator mounted clost to the case walls and behind that a fan theat blows the air out through the radiator.
So basically big case fans suck fresh air in and radiator fans blow it out through the radiators.

In most cases no. You want as cold as possible air to go trough your rads. That way they work the best. Also the rads will only add a few degrees to the fresh air in the room, so say with an ambient of 21c you will have air that is ~ 28-30c entering the case. This will not be that much over the temperature in the case anyway so it will not effect it by much. I did alot of test in my ATCS840 regarding fan orientation on radiators, and i was able to lower the temps by quite alot by changing the top 360 to blow fresh air into the case insted of pulling it out.

Also the hot air rises is IMO worthless, even a 100rpm fan will overcome the "rising" of hot air.

Honestly what you want is as many fans as possible blowing in, but the fans blowing OUT through the radiator through the case.
