62dba is about 65dba, and I didn't test yet, but I bet I can hear from my room even if it is in basement. lol.
I gotta test soon as I wake up.
But wouldn't the noise calm since it bounce around inside of the case? And maybe become like 52dba and bounce around the basement and when it pass the ceiling become 32dba. Also I could put bunch of foams, cloths, etc. to lower the noise. lol

Maybe a electric leaf blower. A gass powered is waaay more that 65db!

basically 2 of those deltas will sound like a combination of a hair dryer a foot away from your ear and a industrial chiller.

If the door is shut to your basment and your not standing next to the door you prolly wont here it.

I'm with Sideburns, if you place more than one of those things in your case any less then 50 feet away you may as well put M80's in your ears, because you're going to be deaf either way.

Yeah that's what I was trying to say there horrible, there not just high cfm there high pressure, they drag one screaming particle of air after another through them, and the air ain't happy....Why don't you just go with some of the 108cfm Sunnons there like $10.00 bucks apeice at this link I;m going to give you Just stick a few of those in it....I have 5 in my rig and people think it's horrible loud and I bet you wouldn't even be able to hear them over one of the Delta's.It isn't just the decibal rating on them it's the tone, they scream...I just hate to see you spend that much on a fan and rheo for it,then not be able to use it, just my personal opinion you'll have to make up your own mind about it...www.svc.com
