I just trimmed the extra factory heatshrink, removed the clip that holds the wires, slid the sleeving down to cover the wires, and remounted the clip (very carefully). If you force the clip, you will break the clip and or the bracket.

Fans mounted with stainless M3 Bolts and washers.
_DSC0860.jpg
Here are most of my sleeving tools.
Wire, Solder, Flux, Heat Shrink, Clutters, Crimpers, Soldering Iron, Heat Gun, and zip Ties.
_DSC1008.jpg
Cut the first pair of wires to desired length.
_DSC1009.jpg
Use a pair of zip ties to hold the sleeving away from work area.
_DSC1010.jpg
This is the other wire that will be attached to the 2 fan wires. Slide the 3 pieces of heatshrink over the ends. No need to heatshrink all 3 of the little wires, covering 2 will be enough since the large heatshrink will protect the third one.
_DSC1012.jpg
Solder all three wires together. I twist the pair together and then add the third single one.
_DSC1013.jpg
Heatshrink 2 of the 3 connections.
_DSC1016.jpg
Cut the zip ties and slide sleeving down.
_DSC1017.jpg
Heatshink
_DSC1018.jpg
Repeat for as many connections as you need. smile.gif
Hope this helps.

Holy!!

Could you tell me where you got that tiny heatshrink for the wires?

Also, does anyone know if connecting all three fans into one wire would affect the speed/performance?

I'm using 18AWG Wire....

You'll be fine with three fans on one wire, I've done it before with no problems. Unless they're like 1A+ fans of course, but you'd know to be careful if you had those.

I get my heat shrink from http://www.pacergroup.net/. It is 3M heat shrink.

They are near me, so I just walk in. I've never used the online store.

I'm using 26 gauge wire for the fans. Much easier to work with when using the small connectors. Also trying to minimise the amount of wire I'm using. I am not even close to finished with all the fans yet. Not to mention all of the wires for the Aquacomputer stuff.

Just realized that the Phobya Temperature sensors that I bought won't seal when screwed into a Bitspower Extention tube. It bottoms out just before the o-ring makes the seal. frown.gif
Need to find another place to put them.

Added a drain between the bottom 2 radiators.

Waiting for the PSU so I can finish up the lower compartment and make sure all the plumbing fits.

Then its on to the fans for the center compartment.

Any suggestions of where to put the External LED for the Aquacomputer? My original thought was in lower single drive bay, but I wouldn't be able to see it. Needs to be in the top half of the case.

I don't understand what you are saying here. Are you trying to tell us that your personal life and work are more important then your build? frown.gif
