Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80's.
They are super comfortable and because you have already become familiar with and like a bass rich headphone like Ultrasone, you will love the 770's.

I'm actually listening to music on them right now. I can wear mine for hours and do so often.

I'm not sure if it'll work on your set of ultrasones, but there is a mod for the pro900 to improve the comfort. You just have to get a hd650 or hd600 headband cushion from Sennheiser and some velcro.

Thread on head-fi

It's a cheap mod, and if you enjoy the headphones you have now, worth a shot I'd think.
