Strange colorful crash screen on BF3. Does anyone know what this could mean?

I didn't really know where to post this because I don't exactly know what would cause this sort of thing to happen.

Just playing some Battlefield 3, I left my computer for a moment, and came back to this colorful frozen screen. The mouse/keyboard was frozen and there was no sound either, so I was forced to reboot. I haven't really had any issues similar to this before so I don't know what to make of it. Should I be seriously concerned? I have no idea if this could be RAM, graphics, CPU, or what.

It's only happened once. I will update if it happens again.

Thanks guys!

I have seen various different screens from BF3 crashes/freezes/kicks, but never one like that.

To me it looks like a GPU problem rather than a 'normal' BF3 freeze, but I could be wrong.

How are your card temps?
