First i'd like to thank everyone for responding so quickly to my thread! Thank you all!

second,
I am new to all this so it is ENTIRELY possible that i was reading the wrong temps! i am however using HWmonitor like you guys mentioned. as well as CoreTemp, CPUZID, and yes my Mobo came with a program Easytune6 (crap software imo).

@ Schmuckley...
Thank you for posting a pic of your temps and circling the one i need to look at, however...my HWmonitor looks a little different from yours and does Not have the "CPU" line that you circled. i cannot get my stupid Fraps software to take a screenshot or i would show you smile.gif (i will work on getting a pic up asap. just wanted to respond quikly)

Ok so heres a pic...its crappy but hopefully you can read it.

You don't need Fraps to take a screenshot. Simply press the Print Screen key and paste into Paint, Paint.NET, Photoshop, GIMP, etc...

That being said, if you look at TMP0 and TMP1 in your HWMonitor one of those is probably your CPU temp, in which case it's just fine.

^I'm thinking this. Room temp is typically around 25 C, water freezes at 0 C. CPU running at 6 C doesn't seem possible with air/liquid cooling.
