I can vouch for both the Titanium HD and the Essence STX, both awesome cards and you can't go wrong with either choice.
About the other Asus card, I have no experience with it but you would have to wonder of the quality of the amp. Yes it will drive 600 Ohms but how well? All of my due diligence has pushed me to an external amp. Regardless, which headphones are you trying to amp?

Good stuff, maybe you can save me a couple of minutes. I have yet to place my order at digikey, I was planning on taking the shield off my card to see how many OP Amps I had to replace... could you give me a heads up?
