INTRODUCTION
I am almost finished with my sig rig so I need a new project on the horizon (really wanted to upgrade my slow work system). I like wacky cases and for my work computer I don't need the monster 800d that currently houses some seriously crappy tech. What I plan on doing is harvesting The Cavern for the guts and adding an SSD and the water cooling bits I have left over from my previous Tiamat build.
What I Have
EVGA P55 FTW Mobo
Intel i7 860
Corsair Dominator 8 gig
nVidia geForce GTX 295
Windows 7 64 bit
Random Blu-ray
Various HDDs (2 WD Caviar Blacks 1tb, 1 something or other)
Black Ice 240 and 120 reservoirs
Various Koolance connectors (I will use 10mm for this build)
Corsair 850 PSU
Tons of paracord and MDPC
What I Just Ordered
Antec Skeleton Open-Air Case
Silly I know, but I have plans for it. Should be fun.
What I Need
SSD of some sort
Water Support Built
Quick question - what is the best SSD (120gb) out at the moment? I have been reading conflicting reports. Some sites say OCZ is good (I have had no issues with the one in my PS3 for the last year +), other sites say crucial or other. I would love some input in the SSD selection area.
