Red Carbon - 7x120mm inside a Define mini! - Page 23

Yeah, that doesnt sound like an bad idea. But if just one color, it would have to be red. Or clear and red mayhem's.
Btw the 670's are pretty awesome. I just dont understand why nvidia would release a card that's so close to the 680 performance wise. And both are 4-way capable too, if I'm not mistaken... How's the us btw? tongue.gif

I think so but the execution would have to be purrrfect. (My girlfriend has been showing me cat gifs all day, I apologise)

I know, they seem to be $400 USD too! I'll keep my eyes out for a used one >:]. A weird business strategy I agree.

US is awesome ^-^

Everything's so cheap here :l

Okay, more ideas are flowing.

How about these with black tubing? Red fittings really pop and would easily balance out the build but would retain the more minimalist theme I want; a mainly black build with red tinges here and there.

Also I had another idea, if I got fans that were red LED fans like some sickleflows and seeing as they're between the case and the radiator do you think the light would bleed through to the inside of the case? I'm thinking red light coming bouncing around in the fins would look pretty sweet tongue.gif

Probably not sickflows because the LED's aren't that strong but I have two at home so I could give it a try. I was thinking something a lot brighter and just paint the frames black or something.

In other news, I just finished Mass effect on my channel, starting to upload the second one ^-^

That doesnt sound like too bad a price biggrin.gif
Btw I think bitfenix's fans have pretty good leds on 'em, if you're looking for led fans.

I thought so too, considering the backplate is like $30 and the block is like $130+

Anyways, we'll see about the fans, don't want any sort of rice look.

Noice deal!!!!!

Subbed.

If you're only using 0* fittings, get the Monsoons. Else, it'll look odd.

Tossing up between monsoons or just BP barbs, I think I'll go with barbs because I'm going to use red tubing (finally settled on a colour).

Got 1/2" (13mm) fat boy barbs with tight tubing (7/16"id), works wonders thumb.gif
I believe that most 1/2" barbs are 12mm, but the fatboys are 13mm which gives very nice seal with 7/16" tubing without having to heat it up though like on 3/8" tube.
