I was typing on my phone so it could've been hard to understand.

And yep the pump is toast, it seems everytime I watercool something goes wrong with installation, I took care this time but this is easily the biggest mishap I've had. Really peeved off now because I put a good 4-5 hours into rethinking the loop so see if it was something to do with the order and now today seems like a waste, now I've got work tomorrow so this week seems to be going downhill.

I'll buy another pump and try again next week.

Urgh.

Bought it used + I'm pretty sure it was my fault.

I'll bit the bullet on this one, new pump already ordered express post smile.gif

Also got the XSPC D5 res attachment (the non-dual 5.25 bay one) to make it easier on tubing, also might get a normal EX360 and keep this crossport EX360 with me, the top fitting (just found out) bends the top USBx2 and PS2 adapter port on the motherboard and can't plug anything in there.

I've sort of just given up on trying to fix the problems and going to pay my way around them, forgot I had some money coming to me.

EDIT: Bullet bitten and nom'd, normal EX360, D5 and res on the way.

EDIT 2: Main system drive just began to tank when I plugged it in (started clicking a LOT) but when it's in its enclosure it's good to go, so it's in there and I'm copying everything off of it. Not to mention my Windows installation just went corrupt so I can't even just do an image and then slam it on another drive.

Nice build. I love the simplicity of the Fractal cases and you are really maxing out the space in there. I have similar equipment (2600k and a dual gpu card) and I can cool my system adequately with 5x120 rads so 7 should be plenty! You're going to have stupid-low temps. So many people are buying these giant cases like caselabs these days but I think that some of the fun/challenge is removed when you have no size constraints. Good design efficiently uses all the available space and wastes none. thumb.gif

That's what the whole idea is, no point in buying a huge case it'll just take the fun out of it all tongue.gif

I'll have 7x120 of radiator but only like 5 fans on radiators, still good temps.

By the way, have you thought about something like Swiftech Apogee Drive II Pump? It would save you even more space by mounting the pump right on the CPU block and it would fit your color scheme.

-snip-

I was giving that serious thought but I'm not sure that pump could go through all my blocks and I hate the smaller pumps, the whine drives me crazy. I had a 350 that I could've run in tandem with it but I sold it off and bought a D5 pretty much for silences sake.

That's another aim, pure silent gaming machine.
