tweaking a pair of Kingston 256 MB DDR

what's the best way to tweak my memory? i'm still in need of more tweaking since some games still have hitches.

What are the default timings?
What available options for adjusting voltage and timings do the BIOS offer?

Uh, I said hitches, not glitches. Hitches are sudden pauses ingame a.k.a. lag spike, and tweaking means I want to configure my memory to perform on its top.

CAS Latency is 2T, RAS to CAS Delay is 3T, RAS Precharge is 3T, Cycle Time is 6T, and Bank Cycle Time is 9T.

sure its not your internet connection or video card??? and i dont know how you can tweak or if your motherboard will let u change timings.
