Time to upgrade!

Thread Starter
So thanks to my tax refund, I figure it's about time I upgrade some of my hardware. What I'm considering is the following:

An SSD: Crucial M4 64GB

4 more gigs of RAM: 2 more sticks of what I currently have.

New CPU: i5-2500K

New Motherboard: MSI P67A-G43

I don't really know much about the Intel motherboards. Obviously, I've heard good things about the M4s. Don't really want to upgrade to faster RAM, just from 4 to 8 gigs.

Any comments/better suggestions (without spending a ton more)?

EDIT. I'm upgrading from everything in my sig rig.
