Rqan not running at correct speed?

I have 8 GB of G Skill Ripjaw ram. Written on the ram is F3-12800CL9D DDR31600 PC3-12800 CL 9 9 9 24 1.5V.

Am I right in saying CPU-Z says my ram is not running at the correct speed?

How can I fix this? Today I installed the latest BIOS and left the motherboard battery out for 30 minutes to reset the bios. My motherboard is an ASUS P8P67 Pro.

Sorry about the title. I don't know how to change it.

Select XMP profile in bios,or change the divider to 1:6,instead of 1:5,this will sort it out.
