When I run the Cinebench CPU test. I noticed out of the 8 boxes assuming those are the threads running, one of them runs really slow to fill one of the boxes.

do you have the bulldozer hotfix installed? i did on my win7 x64 with my FX4100 and it caused 1 core to be very slow compared to the other ones.

bulldozer is for AMD processor no? I have an intel i7 2600k. I don't know why all of a sudden one of my thread is running slower than the other 7. I think thats why my score almost drop about a point, but can't figure how to resolve it. I tried resetting my cmos on my bios and setup the overclock again. Didn't work. sadsmiley.gif

yes bulldozer is an amd architecture. BUT theres a scheduler hotfix for windows, and by installing those i had the same problem your having. and if you have those installed that could be your issue. but im thinking try using a different windows installation

I don't know why but when I create a new profile in windows and ran the cinebench test my scores are back to low 8's.

I have the same problem as yours. 100% similar. My scores just dropped from 3.9 to 2.6.. One of my four cores was running really slow and sometimes doesn't work at all. But then after asking here on the forum, i think i have solved the problem.. here's the link . You can try by setting the priority of the cinebench on task manager to 'high' or 'realtime' priority.
