Thats your problem them
The heat isnt being moved from the GFX card to the radiator.
So ether the contact with the die is poor or the pump isnt running fast enough (make sure its not pluged into a fan header that throttles depending on temp such as the CPU/System/Power headders)

Ah I'm an idiot......I plugged the pump into one that throttles :/

Would it be good to plug it into a 3pin to Molex adapter and plug it into a Molex connector from the power supply?

of course thats a good idea... leaving the pump on full speed means that its constantly moving the liquid to the rad so it can be cooled

Ok well I'm going to be getting a shipment of parts from newegg and it will include some of those biggrin.gif also the 40CFM fans are going to be replaced with 110cfm ones biggrin.gif

Also do you think it would be a good idea to get some memory heatsinks?

Thats how I have mine set up, Straight off molex since they provide the proper 12V for the pump so it doesnt rattle and moves the water at the correct speed.
Just make sure its not a 5V molex fan headder adapter.

Or for the time bearing just disable the throttling of the fan headder on the motherboard.
Ether in the bios or with something like easytune (for gigabyte motherboard software)

Good Job, +Rep
Just one thing Iv noticed is your water pipes are at quite a bend so they are probably pulling up on the block a bit.

It would be worth cable tieing the water pipes so they arnt pulling up so much on the block.
Such as turning the attachments at the pump/block to the right then cable tieing the water pipes to the pci-e power cords. Just dont do the cable tie up tight.
Or if you dont have the side on spinning the radiator clockwise one 90 degrees should straighten out the water pipes.

Just attach 3 80mm fans. It will look way better than that.

NVM.

Whats your CPU fan? stock?
