Windows keeps rolling back

Thread Starter
I have a administrator account and a limited user account I use the limited user and do "Run As" to install apps and stuff. I just install windows and now it keeps rolling back to previous state everytime I reboot. I also use to log out and not be able to log back in any account and the error said something like "The system could not log you on". I installed deepfreeze when I first got it then deleted it and it's not there anymore.. It keeps rolling back and I need help
