System rating is not available?

Hey everyone thumb.gif

I just finished building my PC and everything is working smoothly but I can't seem to "rate this computer" for some odd reason.

I basically click "rate this computer" and it loads for a 5 seconds with the green bar then says "The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed" "Could not measure video playback performance."

What does this mean? I just want to know my score from Windows Experience Index (W.E.I).

Is there anyway around this? It seems like a small simple problem thinking.gif

Thanks!

C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\winsat.log

Check WEI's log file for an error message of some sort, if any, it should reveal the cause. I've heard of certain A/V programs interfering with it.

What GPU do you have? Go to the WINDOWS\Performance\WinSAT folder. There should be 8 video files. 2 files with the .mp4 file extension, 3 files with the .mpg file extension, 3 files with the .wmv file extension. Check them to see if they work.

I tried it when I disabled my Anti-Virus protection with no luck. Also I cant find any errors because I don't know where to look for them. Is it in the .txt file?

All of the videos work.

Thanks!
