1. My OS power option is set to balance. in the bios what should i use: C1E or Powernow! or both?

2. and.. should i left the over voltage setting in bios auto?

coz if i set it up i lose "g.p.u (green power ultility) phase" for the cpu and all the core is always active, but (this whats bugging me) the max power draw while cpu under load is LOWER than using "g.p.u phase" (HW monitor read).

thanks.
