Dont beat up yourself on not getting over 1000 its the lastest drivers doing in the fun,you set anything over 1000 apps might say your over but really they got a cap to 1000 go back to 29x- 301 and try agian...that is if your problem was not temp related.

So is there a way to go over that 1000 again? Cuz it was going over, but crashed once and didn't go over 1000 on the next boot!

Not sure were you using latest drivers?
If you had verified the clocks with ab osd and they were over 1000 then it was cooling i'm sure.ab gpuz nvi and other apps say its over but not really
The latest driver cap wont cause you to crash just not get over 1000 real on the clocks.
probly temps holding you back

I formatted the whole thing cuz I got a 2nd Vertex3... So everything's newly installed, but still limited to 1000MHz. Thrust me it's not a temp problem neither is voltage. Must be hardware related.
And when I go over 1000 in AB, the frequency drops to 405MHz

405 is limp mode so if you are getting that its not stable,you have to restart
I get 1050 with just 1.21v on a unmodded ref 570 board but at -30c

I just said, I did a full format of the system, but didn't work... the card thinks it's unstable! Not software related!
Maybe I was too hard on the thing. Hha well... I was blasting it! Full 1.4v 117xMHz something at ~43°C and suddenly, WILD crash and squeal. No more +1GHz after that =[

Mods are perfect and they have switches so they can ALL be off... no change... Still no +1000 -.- I give up! I'll try RMA again devil-smiley-019.gif

Mhm thanks! I think those 2 100kOHM in parallel killed my card (RT Mod). Should've used a 1MOHM VR. Cuz my resistance is 36.2kOHM on pin 33, *20 = 724kOHM. I used 200kOHM (cuz I hate pencil). But I measured it, and it gave me 31kOHM when they were both at 100kOHM, still within limits. I was testing it with the switch ON when it crashed and squealed...

Bit of a bump here. Anything Nvidia driver in the 300 series has a 999 core clock limit for Fermi-based cards (GTX 400, GTX 500).
