I wonder why the big difference in the original crysis games? Not only that, but why hte gigantic drop in FPS for AA? Drivers probably. When the 7970 matures, it's going to be even better.

You're rig is really rockin those benches man. You're getting over 10fps more avg than I am with a similar setup. You should be stoked! Maybe it's drivers or something.

What drivers are you on?

I'm pretty sure that AMD optimizes their drivers for a timedemo that they know damn well the largest review site on the web uses in every benchmark. Its not necessarily representative of actual gameplay especially in a wide variety of games. I wouldn't draw too many conclusions on the Crysis warhead bench alone.

Nah you just used a different bench. Only 5 fps faster on frost flyby

I'm pretty sure that's not possible. It's using the game engine, AMD did not create that benchmark. Not only that, the game is sponsored by nvidia.

You did frost flyby, I did just "Frost" 12.1 caps3
