Apogee HD come with fittings and has a great mounting system
EK supeme HF has best temps very slightly and a terrible mounting system
xspc rasa has the best cost/performance. Recommend the RASA unless u like the LED plexi stuff. gross

How about a XSPC Raza Balck Extreme http://www.takealot.com/imports/moreusa/xspc-raza-balck-extreme-cpu-water-block-for-lcs-new,b003v4mcvw

or a CPU-370

Pff, obviously it's just like cars, black is WAY faster than white, red would be even better... tongue.gif

The Rasa isn't a bad block, but the CPU-370 outperforms it. The Raystorm is pretty popular, and is very similar in performance to the 370.

I would personally go for either the Raystorm or the Apogee HD, as they're pretty much the best out there at the moment (unless you'd want to go for something not machined in China, whatever your reasons). I personally love the look of the Raystorm, and the Apogee is said to have a good mounting system. Some reading (randomly ordered):

Test 1

Test 2

Test 3

As mentionned before, however, the temp difference you will see between the many good blocks will be fairly small. A couple were mentionned before, as the EK Supreme HF or the Heatkiller 3.0. Pick the one you prefer, be it from the look or the company you feel like buying from.

unless you like the plexi stuff...refering to the raystorm. I recently bought a all black xpsc rasa and loving it. Not personally my taste to bling out a cpu block. Juggalos for life:o

Never realized the copper Raystorm is more restrictive than the acetal version. What's causing this? I thought it was the exact same block, except obviously for the materials used...

I use the apogee HD and its fantastic. Great temps, and the mounting system is the best I've personally ever used.

The EK Waterblocks Supreme HF Full Chrome Limited Edition, when there back in stock again! wink.gif

The XSPC Raystorm and Koolance CPU-370 are also excellent blocks, you don't need worry about restriction if you have a strong pump and no more more than 2 VGA blocks.
