B&W MM-1 worth the price?

Title says it all.

I'm still planing to buy a computer speaker mostly for music, movies and games.
I just want to ask if its worth it.. i mean its so small and expensive.. it looks good though. Haven't really auditioned it as the shop displayed it.

Here are some other products sold there and maybe some people could help me decide if its worth it.. or this X product should be better for its price.

I'm planning to have a 2.1 setup.. I know MM-1 is 2.0 but I'm planning to buy a woofer incase I decide with it.

Prices here are ridiculously higher than state prices btw.

B&W MM-1 = 651$
Polk TSI100 = 230$
Polk TSI300 = 465$
Polk TSI400 = 663$
Polk M10 = 162$
Polk RTI A3 = 441$
Wharfdale 10.7 = 616$
hivi mk200mkiii = 395$

I don't think you can add a woofer to it.

The B&W MM-1s are very good for 'quiet' listening, as in fairly close range. I like the Audioengine A5+ better for general use (wide range of music genres, movies, and games), although many people suggest Swan M200Mk3's or Emotive Airmotiv 5s as alternatives within that price range.
