For that money, you could just go for a custom loop.

I just knew someone would say that tongue.gif

Afraid not my friend. Since I would be doing full loop (if I were to do one) with good quality stuff (coz thats the way I am), it would run to about $AUS500 with my costings

Money, nowithstanding, I am not particularly keen on full / partial water.

I understand buying good parts but you could buy a Watercooling kit like the XSPC Rasa 750 RS360 Universal CPU kit. Than purchase a GPU waterblock and it would work great. No where near 500 either.

Rasa 750 RS360 = $AUS 179
EK VGA Full block = $AUS 135

Plus the associate costs... @ $AUS350

No, not $500 but close. smile.gif

Maybe I should of added it together before posting lol. Still cheaper than 500 plus you're getting a 3 RAD apposed to a single RAD which is thinner.
But hey, it's whatever makes you happy at the end of the day. thumb.gif

I really appreciate the input and Im not discounting what you are saying out of hand thumb.gif

I revisit the whole W/c thing every year try and justify the costs, the pros and cons. Im just not at the stage with this rig to make that leap.

Five hundred? How do you spend that much? I thought it was something like:
pump ~$80
rad ~$50
GPU block $80-150
CPU block ~80
Without the CPU block you could spend as much as that closed loop.
Plus, a custom one is sexier.

Maybe on Canada... not here. We have a 10% GST (tax) on 'luxury" items.

Yes, I had thought of ordering from O/s but the freight, handling and insurance made it just as expensive. Not to mention the returns issues if I had a problem as warranties are generally country specific frown.gif
