Got my new mini-ITX case with CWC mod...

Nice 70mm fan to cool VRM's and Vram. Doesn't go over 50C @ 1280Mhz.

Its such a tight fit! LOVE the case though! If you have a H50 you might need the straight barbs from the H50 to fit on the 620's pump. The 90* angle barb fittings off the pump doesn't fit in the case, so straight barbs were needed. The o-ring fittings into the pump are the exact same size so no leaks! If I did it again, I'd shave off a few inches of hose from it, just a TAD too long. You can see on the 2nd page, 1 hose sticks up and I have to bend it to fit the cover on it.

Im now 32c idle and 55c load gaming. gpu rad is blown clean (suspected dirty rad-used compressed air) to remove that as a cause.
Should only take a few moments to run new zippys-Ill post back with results when I get around to it lol - Temps still amazing lol

I've had it on for a couple of months now. I found out the issue. The zip ties are fine and tight. The pull fan stopped running because the connector was loose and fell out from the fan reducer. I have reconnected it and bound the connector with a little tape and everything is back to normal. I didn't get such a drastic increase in temps before when I tested the fans in push/pull/push-pull but then I tested without the pull fan installed. I guess the non-spinning fan was blocking airflow.

ive been lapping the cooler heads and didn't think finding fine grit sandpaper would be so difficult. So far ive done 600, 1200 and 3000 tonight. Hopefully my 4000 (fingers crossed 9000) get in tomorrow and ill have some pics to show. Wonder how smooth would it need to be to forgo TIM biggrin.gif

Where did you find them?
The FrozenCPU lapping kit had some finer grades of better quality, but not enough of them. The flat plate was no really flat or glass. So I used a glass table top.
I picked up 400, 600, and 1500 at Ace Hardware. Gator Water Proof. It's cheap stuff, bare high spots, (balled up) and left deep scratches in the copper block. I did keep it wet and flushed.
