So how does this mod do for a card like this - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745
? I ask because, apparently GPU coolers are becoming much better and quieter. I myself want a silent build, would it be easier to achieve that with a CM Seidon 120M or the stock cooler?
For reference of how my case cooling is, I kinda have all fans set very low, so they don't give off high static pressure or airflow. However, my i7 3770k @ 4.1Ghz remains around 65C when running the prime95 blend test (which I feel is about the same amount of stress from a heavy videogame or program) and thus the CM Seidon stock fan will not go above speed level 1 (highest 10) until it goes above 65C.Edited by moccor - 9/7/13 at 9:23am
