[Official] NVIDIA GPU Mod Club - AKA "The Mod" - Page 59

Well I'm sure you know that heatsinks on your VRMs would not increase your core temps, so it was either something got moved/jostled in the install or the fan was helping cool the core (unlikely). I would try and remount the fan with the heatsinks still on there, even with a fan you don't want to be running without heatsinks on the VRMs if you plan on overvolting.

This is going to be a defo future thing for me.

Would it be possible if anyone could tell me how they got their sli cards in a corsair obsidian 800d, by this i mean were did you mount the 2 radiators?

What kind of core and mem clocks are you likely to see out of 470s sli?

Has anyone tried this on a ati radeon card like the 6970?

Here is a link to the sister club for team red. Several cards now have been modded but not sure of the model numbers

Possibly put them in these places

I can run 850 core and 1750 mem on mine and now the temperatures never break 52(when benching) when they used to be the mid 80s and sounded like a jet.

Can you not push the core to 900?
one of mine can and one stops at 850. Not every 470 can hit 900 core, thats a golden chip to be able to do that.
