[Official] AMD/ATI GPU Mod Club - AKA "The Red Mod" - Page 13

The reference does have a cooler on but is attached to the Hsf do will come off when that's removed. On the back of the card if the screws after the 3 on the very rear are opposite each other then it's a version 1 heatsink if they are not then its a v2 heatsink you need.
Can you up a pic of the card from the back. You don't need take it appart

I just can't believe the performance the Khuler 620 can do,

I OC my 6850 toxic to 1015/1150 @ 1.200 volts and the temps are still the same range to that MSI twin frozr II cooler sinks, even for a long stress testing and benchmarking

I will pull the card out later today and grab some shots real quick.
I'll get all around the card w/o actually disassembling it.

Chmodlabs is making some laser cut plates and might be willing to do some AMD ones if he can get the measurements.

3rd pic shows you need a rev 1 gelid heatsink.
As I said before its the same price as ram sinks but this comes with screws to hold it in place
And should still be able to keep the backplate on

Could I get a link on this?
Couldn't get anything with google.

I was eyeing this one:

i was looking at them heatsinks but i cant get them from anywhere round here and also its hard to work out if it will fit on our cards.

Wonder if this is it:
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/13532/vid-170/Gelid_Icy_Vision_Enhancement_Kit_-_AMD_6900_Series.html#blank

or:
http://compare.ebay.com/like/270898187808?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y&cbt=y

I kind of dig the whole board heatsink, like the swiftech..
