Could you do some paint drawings with 1 pt lines and close to 1800 dpi for both spawn and recon?

What is the retail price on these things?
In Canada it's $40 at NCIX and $45 at Canada Computers. I'd assume price should be similar in the states lol.

Spawn + Recon 1600 dpi

I would say identical behaviour

Got it today, really nice **** smile.gif Cable is much better than the spawn cable cause it is thinner and not so stiff. I would have really appreciated a 400dpi step though since there are a lot of evil games out there that don't let you go lower ingame :/

Funny thing with recon is that like I mentioned spawn and savu for example have actually lower dps then the step you choose but recon is spot on.

Edit:
Hmmm, I've experienced some cursorjumps like kana or kinzu v2 before firmware upgrade dunno anymore, did anyone experience this ? Also sometimes the left mousebotton didn't react at all :/

Got the mouse today, initial impressions:

Pros:
Sensor is almost flawless, but LOD is still high.
The LED settings are really cool.

Cons:
Shape is extremely uncomfortable for me.
Side buttons on the right side (I'm a right handed), the side grips on the Recon with grip similar to that of the side grips of a deathadder BE (crappy and slippery "rubber coating"), and the rather heavy weight of the mouse makes lifting the mouse totally unbearable.

So to briefly sum up, I don't really like it.

totaly agree with you on the weight.
Shapewise I love the ambidextrous shape I think you just have to use it a bit longer to get used to.
Sidebuttons and scrollwheel are the real + for this mice against there spawn.
Aswell as the rubberized top.
Only when you just have the mouse the rubber feels totally different.
But after a good couple days of use its gets better till its awesome.

The weight is really the only downside I have with the mouse.
I play my games at 800 dpi so I lift my mouse from time to time not as often as lower dpi players but still frequently.
The problem with the weight is that it isnt evenly distributed all the weight is at the round back at the end.
I open up my mouse just a minute ago but there is no extra weight only a tunnel of plastic at the top part of the mouse.
Where the led light to the cm storm logo.

Here are the foto's of the inside.

So my conclusion after a weeks use.
are the following.

plus

+ medium good shape not suited for everyone but someone who like ambidextrous shapes will also love this shape.
+ nice rubberized top, but feels different right of the box after a couple of days it feels awesome
+ nice placement of side buttons
+ good sturdy mousewheel, easy to click
+ easy to acces dpi buttons/profile buttons
+ nice thin cable wich fits superb in my mousebungee
+nice real teflon feet comes with the mouse
+omron switches
+sensor

downsides

-not evenly distributed weight, round back of mouse weights more
-software, you can save profiles but sometimes he loads up default profile again
-high lod
-scroll wheel has no sideclick ( but that isnt a real big - )

so mouse is good for gamers with high dpi who doesnt pick up the mouse to often.
I play myself at 800 dpi so I pick it up more frequently but the weight is then very annoying because it isnt evenly distributed
Also the lod is high.

So my comments to cm storm make the spawn with the same scroll wheel wink.gif and keept the weight evenly distributed so you can improve youre already good product and use the rubberized top on it.

So "Japanese" Omron switches were marketing after all, granted it's not like it really matters.

Non official clip for sensor, though it looks like that was does for space saving. Cant tell.
