My understanding is that CM wants to have the Recon and Spawn updated as one. Hardware and Performance should be identical to the current Spawn.

I wouldn't buy too much into that lift off feature.

Skylit, It will be the same as the current spawn or zowie am. This will not be the revolutionary mouse. I just hope that Logitech someday releases an ambidextrous mice with the sensor of the logitech g400 and a little less LOD. Thoe 5m/s tracking speed are insane xD.

I don't understand what you're saying.

The Zowie AM is a completely different mouse than the Spawn in terms of hardware. Only thing it shares is the basic A3090 branded sensor. The G400 also shares that same sensor design, but with a custom ROM.

Tracking speeds of the Spawn are identical to the G400.

Yeah that would be a Dream old Bro. But please not in G300 Dimensions. I mean are they kidding me? Not all men are only 1,70 meters tall like the Chinese Average. There are Men which have bigger Dimensions on all Parts of their Body if you know what I mean. hahaha XD

I am one of them, more or less. lol XD

The G400 is a Dream because of big Dimensions. I love this Mouse but it's not the easiest way to use my right Mousehand and especially the left Keyboardhand then. It's possible but really not easy. But doable! ^^

If these Lamers force me to do that, after I played over 16 Years with the left Hand I would do it consistent, because they only bringing tiny ambidextrous for tiny sweet Hands. XD

It slowly seems so.

And I mean good ambidextrous, not those unconsitent laser packed mice.

I'm saying that It can perform as a zowie am, low lod low tracking speeds. Or it can go the other way... high tracking speeds, high lod.

It's interesting they allow LoD adjustments per selected DPI but functionally how much can they really alter it? When I was testing the Taipan the LoD slider ranged from 1-10 , 1 was incredibly small and 10 was about average it seemed like 2-9 were pretty much identical.

They'll allow to modify the lod, to me this means:
- Put the lod low and u get low tracking rates.
- Put the lod high and u get high tracking rates.

both things togheter can't be achieved, come on, steelseries,razer,zowie,cm stom,logitech. They all wanted to achieve the mouse we dream, low lod high tracking rates no acceleration no correction, no one could, the problem is in the sensor itself, and Avago is not releasing nothing new or changing the architecture.
