I am using MSI Afterburner beta 11....

Install MSI Afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 11

Enable "unofficial overclocking" HOW TO: Enable UNOFFICIAL overclocking mode in MSI AfterBurner

Go to Afterburner settings to select unlock voltage. If it's not there, the 5850 is a non-reference and has no software voltage control VRMs.

I dont understand why I wouldnt be able to do this again just because I got a new HDD....Its still the same program....Anyone know how to do this besides the obvious changing the cfg and settings in the program? I know there is a way to do it I have done it before....

Don't know what you mean got new HDD for OS drive or program drive. Whatever, uninstall, then reinstall and repeat the whole process. Exit CCC Overdrive and Afterburner prior to editing.
