ATI Overdrive

Thread Starter
How do I find this ATI Overdrive overclocking utility? I sold my 6800 and am using a backup X700Pro with Catalyst 6.9 and can't seem to find it anywhere.

New X1900XT 512 on the way!!

6.9 Should have overdrive built into it on the menu, make sure your in advanced view mode (not basic mode). Try wiping your drivers and re-installing when you get your x1900.

I would suggest that you use ATI tool .24 instead to do your overclocking since it has much more robust options. To get to ATI overdrive go to properties, settings, advanced, Catalyst Control Center (lauch it), and overdrive should be one of the options listed at the bottom.

the x700 doesn't support the overdrive. I think it's only the x1800 and up. My friend has the 1600 and he also doesn't have that so ur not alone. Ur best bet will be to use atitool. and i sugest u go check the FAQ section there is an area where it lists the hightest OC's for almost all the graphics cards. It's one of the most popular FAQ's so it's on the front page.
