im guessing just on the size of the thing it would have to be placed outside, and would not be able to be mounted to the rear of the case like the double.

That would be correct unless you had a huge case.
External radiators/heater cores get the heat outside of the case where it belongs.
A little extra hose is needed along with a good pumper and your set.

How hot does your cpu currently get, and where would you like to see it?
A water cooler may not be needed when a good hsf can cool it down sufficently for much less.

Right now I have the BTVX with e6700 @ 3.6 temps 48 idle and 70 load, way too high. Im trying to get it under 50 load. I actually stopped using that rig until i get the temps figured out.

Not everyone lives in permafrost land Lenzo

Well I got my triple in my stacker and you probably could fit it in your armor, but it's up to you. A dual heatercore will do you well and so will the triple. figure out how much you want to spend and if you want it in or out of your case.

So the tripple would fit inside the case? I would still prob put it on the outside for better temps. Like I said before I don't really have a budget for this, I want to do it right the first time. I already wasted 60 bucks on the BT.

Yeah, you could make it fit. So since you want it outside, will you want everything outside or just the rad?

On a side note, did you try resetting your BT? How much thermalpaste did you use? Is the fan on high?

The dual radiator solution (Swiftech) will definitely cool anything you can throw at it. Nice Price, too.

The nice thing about a double or triple radiator is that it can be expanded to cool your GPU too (or Crossfire, for that matter) very easily.

I would probably just put the rad on the outside. I haven't really thought of putting everything on the outside because most of the setups I've seen on here were inside. How would that even work with everything being outside, a lot of tubing going in and out.

As far as the BT I've played around with different amounts of AS5, lapped it, tried a different fan. Changes weren't the greatest maybe 1 or 2 degrees at most in TATM. At stock processor speeds the temps were great but with the OC it gets to hot.

Here is what I have based on Snerp's suggestions in the other thread.

Swiftech Apogee Extreme performance CPU water block w/ MCW60 and RAM sinks
Dangerden Fillport - Black
Masterkleer Tubing 7/16" ID 5/8" OD 15ft just to be sure
Swiftech MCP655â„¢ 12 VDC Pump
Swiftech MCR320-QP-K Triple 120mm Radiator
Swiftech RadBox MCB-120 Revision 2 - Black
1/2" T Line for 1/2" ID Tubing - Clear
Swiftech Hydrx - Extreme Duty Coolant UV REACTIVE

I still need fans and clamps. For clamps I was thinking Plastic Tubing Clamps - Black just not sure what size. Will the 3rad even fit on the back of the TT Armor? Also what is the advantage of using the fillport vs. a res?
