Lack of AA in Medal of Honor Single Player

Picked it up during yesterday's Steam sale, but being that MoH uses UE3 engine for the SP, is there a way to manually force some kind of AA in this game without the use of 3rd party apps?

Thanks!

Since the game itself does not support AA, you can override it via the Nvidia control panel.

SP is pretty good, better than BFBC2's or BF3's IMO.

MP, not that good, very COD-esque.
