One pin was just stuck. I used the mechanical pencil technique and as soon as I touched the pin it just clicked back in to place.... weird thinking.gif

Now I have 16GB of RAM smile.gif... What I don't understand is why would a bent pin or in my case a stuck pin cause the system not to POST when there was any ram in slot B1 or B2.

I have seen a lot of people with RAM problems all caused by bent CPU pin, which is why I asked you to check.

That bent pin connects to memory controller inside CPU.
