Ahahaha, I'd actually prefer snow for a few weeks because I've only ever touched snow once in my life so far rolleyes.gif
But I'm pretty sure I'll get sick of it after a year.

Yea I know I saw the forecast... it's pounding so hard on my tin shed WHICH IS RIGHT NEAR MY WINDOW mad.gif
I guess, I'll be working on:

  • Marking out motherboard holes
  • Marking out the Motherboard I/O panels
  • Graphics Card PCI slot holes.
  • SEARCHING FOR A JOB TO FUND THE MOD thumb.gif

So yeah for now I'll squat at home not doing much smile.gif

Hey guys!

I just want to share something with you guys, especially for Scratch case modders out there.

There really isn't a "template" for the motherboard mounting holes which you can print out, as it is really too big to fit on a single A4 sheet of paper.

Instead you can use Sketchup to open up a basic template I found on Jezmckean:

http://scc.jezmckean.com/cat/20

One of the models there: "Blank Motherboard and PCIe Card Models" is excellent for measuring and referencing.

Use the measuring tool for this kind of stuff:

I found this was very useful (I'm marking out the motherboard mounting holes at the moment wink.gif ) and I just wanted to share this with you guys.
Cheers thumb.gif

I have already done that sir biggrin.gif
The measurements there are in inches and I really do prefer centimeters and millimeters.

I also found that diagram a little difficult to use, the Sketchup model is 'hands-on' so you can get what you want quickly, but that was just my opinion tongue.gif
