The 7970 CF will do all you'd like but if money is of no concern, you might as well. wink.gif
Sent from my Galaxy S II using Tuturu~

i agree SLI on single monitor works as AMD crossfire works but with higher scaling but in dual monitor setup when you connect the monitors to gpu's this is how it work google what i just wrote .

1 single HD 7970 is performing the same as a 590. (average FPS)
CF 7970 results in a 30 FPS increase (pretty good scaling)

If you want to go with a multi monitor set up then go with AMD. Eyefinity is AMD's selling point. That's what made the 5000 series a hit. Nvidia had issues with the 400 cards originally such as over heating due to multi monitor setup. Plus the 7970s have so much OCing potential. Pick up two of those cards, WC them and OC the crap out of them. I have three of them now (which is a little Overkill with three Dell U2410 in Portrait but I plan to get 3 more to have a 6 monitor landscape set up in about 6-12 months). I'm an Nvidia fan boy. I bought the 5870 around January 2009, but when those 480s came out I ditched it and bought 2 of them.

Yeah, looks like BF3 should run smooth as butter on triple 1080p monitors with 2x7970. I'll find out myself by the end of the week, hopefully! smile.gif
And those guys in the article use older drivers, plus the cards are not OCd. With the newer drivers + OC I'm sure its going to look and run great!
