Hey all,

Im running some G.SKILL Ripjaws X series 16GB RAM at the moment, and i bought the red RAM without thinking (check out my build below). Is there a way i could order just the heatsinks for the RAM in blue? Or would it be better to return the whole deal to Newegg?

They also come in blue, but those cost a bit more as they are rated higher. If you want blue return and replace them.

Hey guys, I did a build a while back and bought a 16gig kit for it, then I did my "Nightmare Build" and I took out 8 gigs for it so now I have 2 rigs with 8gigs each. filled out the form in the OP, I love my G.Skill ram no problems as of yet, the first build was an AMD and the second is an Intel.

Just ordered a G.SKILL Sniper 1866 (2x8GB) kit from newegg. Got a pretty good deal on it too from some promo they are running atm. Timing could have been better but I couldnt argue with the price, since I'm running intel I would prefer to get the higher speed over the tighter timing of the 1600, and I got it cheaper than the 1600 anyway
