I broke the door off my Phantom Black case. Contacted NZXT using their new support system. Live chat with one of their support staff, Ryan and a new door is on the way. Great communication , support, and service.thumb.gif

My NZXT Phantom side panel came with a dent on the side and I contacted NZXT through live chat and they sent me a new one no questions asked! Thanks Ryan!
