Thank you very much I'm trying to make it as diferent from the others as possible. And at the same time I'm trying to do as much of the fabricating myself. Like the wiresleeving and hd cage boxes. I'm actually working on a full psu cover something like what Phillyd has but making it out of acrylic instead. And yes those are red sata data cables with loose weave sleeving (the cheap stuff) that's giving the red and black effect. As for the trim plate. It's glued on also so once you get the clips bent out of the way you have to pry it lightly the glue should let go fairly easy. If for any reason it feels like the glue doesn't want to let go easily try heating it up alil first with a heat gun or if you don't have a heat gun use a blow dryer on the hottest setting you can. thumb.gif

yes. I had 12 fittings but only 10 connections, I gave dwood a wrong measurement relating only to what im doing with it. and i have a rad where my HDD cage is. Good eye Chino wink.gif

It is just a short piece of tubing which makes it hard to fill. With a rad up top you won't be able to put a cd drive in the top bay. If you have a cd drive I would recommend a single bay res and a bmav pump

This is on my Switch 810 build, but the concept would be the same for a 410.
The trick is to make it so you can get it in and out easily without tools ,which is harder than it looks when you have a full length cover that tucks in behind the chassis edge at each end.
As far as closing off the PSU, while the bottom facing fan does pull fresh air up thru the PSU and out the rear, it's still better to allow air to circulate around the outside of PSU cover, especially, in a rig with multiple graphics cards and high power demands. You can see I left about 1/2" between the PSU and the cover, and put a hefty 120 fan (red aerocool shark, of course) to help pull air thru.

Yeah kind of like that. But mine is a two piece so it'll be easier to put on and take off. And it's not going to go all the way over the psu to the back of the case. It's going to end flush with the psu. I like the look I gave my psu too much to hide it. I'm making it more to be a cover for the water pump,hd cage and wiring coming off of my modular psu than actually a psu cover. Nice job though. And yeah you definitely want at least a 1/2" around the psu and cover so air can move around the housing and help keep it cool. thumb.gif
