Iknow what you said buddy. What I said was that either way will work just fine. He can cut it with some good snippers or if he doesn't have some he can use a pair of pliers and bend it back and forth till it snaps. The tabs wont warp the panel as long as your not going ape on it. thumb.gif

slowly building up my stock of water cooling components. Going to be adding a 120 and 240 rad for a crossfire loop in addition to my H100. It will be a cram rolleyes.gif
hopefully i can devise a way. if not ill be going back to my full size Phantom. Plenty of room there.
don't just get rid of the hdd cage and mount your h100 there if you don't have a hdd but every one does thats what it seems like

Hey guys, I'm a new person here, but I've gotten tired of lurking =p Anyways, this seemed like an awesome thread, so I just wanted your guys's opinion on which case to get. See, I have a problem, I REALLY like the Black with White trim one (http://www.amazon.com/ca-ph410-b2-Phantom-Tower-Gaming-Black/dp/B007QQ464C/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1344740042&sr=1-8&keywords=nzxt+phantom) but I'm going to buy the Asrock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard, which, unfortunately, has a black/gold color scheme. I'm afraid that'd look strange with the black/white theme, so would the Gunmetal (http://www.amazon.com/ca-ph410-g1-Phantom-Tower-Gaming-Gunmetal/dp/B007QQ4638/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1344740042&sr=1-7&keywords=nzxt+phantom) one look better with the motherboard? Or is there a similarly priced motherboard that would fit the Black with White trim better? Haha thanks!

Hey, welcome! I think the gold wouldn't really matter especially since there isn't that much. I would base it more off of what colors (lights, fans) you are going to be using inside. The gold on the mobo will adapt to those colors thumb.gif

I'm not sure what you are trying to say. You have double "don't" and I am confured thinking.gif . You say I shouldn't pull the hdd cage and then you so that most people find it the easiest thing to do. So many fragments of thought in one sentence

Hey guys I just built my first rig biggrin.gif Its a pretty simple build. I went with the phantom 410 cause its awesome! However my graphics card isnt the best at the moment (radeon hd 7750) cause its from my old PC, but what do you guys think about crossfiring 2 7750's? I've seen some pretty impressive benchmarks for this. Anyways heres pics:

Haha ok, I'm probably going to go with white LEDs, possibly orange/red to compliment the gold but... Meh, I think white will make it "cleaner", now just to wait until my birthday when I'll buy my rig for myself thumb.gif

From what I've seen, in games where Crossfire scales at 100% or relatively high, the CF 7750s seem to be able to run up to 20% faster than a 560 Ti, but in games that don't scale well with Crossfire, or are more Nvidia slanted, they're up to 25% slower than a 560 Ti! If you're gaming at 1600x900 or above I'd recommend forking over the cash for a 7850 actually, I haven't actually found benchmarks comparing CF 7750s to a single 7850, however, its performance seems to make it faster than the 560 Ti at higher resolutions, but as the resolution drops, the difference between the 7850 and 560 Ti seems to get smaller. Overall I'd go with a 7850 actually (can find one for $200 with rebate on newegg) as it has higher VRAM making it perform better at high resolutions. Even if it might be a tad slower than a pair of 7750s, you can always add another later for cheap and with a single card you don't have to deal with weird Crossfire stuttering/lag in newer games! My 2 cents anyways.
P.s. if you can't afford the 7850 right now, see if you can get it for yourself for Christmas or "highly suggest" it to relatives if you are younger tongue.gif
Edit: run on sentences oh my! Haha, whatever! biggrin.gif

Haha! Thanks for your input. BTW my monitor is running at 1600x900. I'll look into the 7850! I've still got some cash left over for the graphics card. Also, my cpu is an i5 3570k.
