Nice folding points

Funny you should mention you want a 600t.. As that's the case I am using now, and I don't like it. Its aesthetically an awesome box. However it has some flaws.. Only one USB 3.0 and you have to use a passthrough cable because the 600T was never equipped with a USB 3.0 20 pin header. The airflow is pretty bad. It only has one 200mm intake in the front, and it can't be replaced for very many other fans because only the corsair ones (and some bitfenix fans) have the clearance. I am also really not a fan of the fan controller. It works, but I prefer fan controllers that react in real time to varying temperatures. It seems silly that I should have to be constantly changing the dial to account for a computer that sounds like its ready to fly when I am simply browsing the internet. The latches on the doors are a bit sticky, and despite my best efforts and what I consider to be good cable management behind the motherboard tray I was unable to get the cables close enough to the tray so that the side door would not be pushed open slightly in certain corners.

And my last complaint is rather silly. The HDD LED is insanely bright. It's not soft at all like you would expect, rather it reminds me of my streamlights..

The only complaint above (well two) I think can be overlooked is the HDD LED, and the fan controller. Other than that the case has some flaws. Which actually I could have overlooked but the case is simply too large for my small room. I didn't fully understand how big it was until I got it and set it down beside my phantom. I know the 600T is a mid tower, but I swear it should be a full tower..

So you are saying that you will trade it for my Phantom 410. Alright, PM me. lolz thumb.gif

I noticed that it didn't have that many USB 3.0 ports which does suck for the most part but it's still rather new and perhaps they will release an upgrade of some sorts.
I have plenty of MB USB3.0 adapters.

I don't use stock fan controls, I use my motherboard controls for the same reason you stated; more control. I have all Corsair fans xD

I have done some for you, here's a good image showing a fan in the front, and it is most definitely a 120mm, look at the first image with three phantom 410's: http://computershopper.com/ces-2012/ces-2012-chassis-new-pc-cases-from-nzxt-and-rosewill/nzxt-phantom-410-family
For more just check google images and make sure you're looking at a 410, not a phantom full, and you're set.
When are you ordering your 410? If you have already, when will it arrive?
Here is yet another page with a good shot of the front, and stock it comes with one 120mm fan up front, easily visible with the way they took the image on this page: http://www.maximumpc.com/article/news/nzxt_unveils_phantom_410_chassis_nzxt_phantoms_little_brother

Figid, i have, i'm just trying to figure out some things, if you dont wanna help, don't.

I took Phillyd's advice and snaked the GPU wires through the PSU cover and fanned them out a bit.

Your setup looks really sweet Arizonian. But guys does it really make that big of a difference to remove the top HDD cage for airflow? I mean if you attached the fan to the moveable joint on the cage wouldn't that be better if possible? Or is it really better to have the air from directly outside blowing in even if its not getting right on the video cards?

I have not tried putting a fan in the adjustable joint, but removing the cage lowered my GPU temps by 3C.

Not absolute but I have had them both ways as you described. There is a 3c difference from hard drive bay on and off with my setup at least. I have 2xSP120mm in the front and with middle I have a AF120mm. 24c idle with HDD bay out, 27c idle with HDD in with the extra fan.

If you only have 1 hard drive you should mount it behind the motherboard tray and remove the hard drive cages all together. Rivet the pivoting mount to the top drive bays and be happy!
