Without any sort of modding does the H100/i fit in the Phantom 410, at the top?
i was thinking about it the other day but couldn't be bothered measuring and doing research lol.

What modnoob said, H100/i doesn't require any modding. Just install rad and fans first, then motherboard. Much easier, I should have a few good pictures of how mine is setup. thumb.gif

The Thermaltake water 2.0 extreme fits without modding and is a better cooler than the h100i in terms of noise and thermals, especially when considering all the issue people are currently experiencing.

I know I sound like a salesperson but I can't get over how well this thing works and how quiet it is.

No worries, we all have our own likes and opinions, so I didn't feel that you sounded like a salesman. It's all good xD
Most issues, in my opinion, are from user related but of course there are always faulty products. cheers.gif

Yep, I have lots of pictures, all over my profile.

It really is a hard decision to be honest, I went with the H100i because I liked the LED lolz, Corsair has a great RMA and support so don't worry about it, if you install it correctly without throwing it around then you should be good, I treated mine like I had a glass of open water, it didn't bang up against anything. A lot of complaints now is because of the firmware "bricking" the led and system, I almost thought mine was bricked because the LED was pulsating blue even thought I changed it to normal, then other colors still nothing. I just uninstalled the CorsairLink software and installed the version before that and now it's perfect again. Everything is quiet with my newer Quiet Edition fans and I couldn't be happier.

If you have the money it is hard like you said, they all have had problems though, all the brands except for the NZXT but that's because they are new and not many reviews yet. I would get it if you have the money and plan on doing overclocking, I don't think you could go wrong, if you cannot afford it get what you think is right at that moment. No thinking, once you get the money, go to newegg and just pick! What you should get, will just come to you hopefully. xD

What so now its more software problems? because I remember the first update for the new one made the fans stop rattling but now its the led that gets problems? well I guess I could live with that a bit but that's what makes me like the h100i so much is the light on the pump and the style and I would deffo be the same when installing it would be super careful thumb.gif

Sorry about that, I messed my words up a bit there.

The first problems was with the noisy fans but they released a firmware update and then it was fixed, they then came out with a new software version that then "bricked" the LED and sometimes the Pump. So if you get it, just download and install the 2.1.7 software version and then see if it needs a firmware upgrade. The newest firmware is 1.0.4, if it has that then you are set, if not upgrade to it if your fans are out of wack. As far as I know any new 100i/80i that's on the line has the newest firmware pre-installed.
