Oh ok, i thought it was clear and lit up a bit? (no way to hide stuff behind it) I hid all of my wires without putting anything there so I guess I don't need it. thumb.gif

That's metal?

I want to do things like this but make it cheaper for the common noob and poor person, like me. Dwood makes some very awesome things indeed but quality comes at a price even though most of the time it's worth it, still can't afford his greatness sadly.

It's either metal, acrylic or a mix of the 2. It's easy to make things like this without the multi-layered, patterns. It would take some precision tools to make words and/or patterns in acrylic or metal without a CNC or some incredibly steady hands and high quality dremel bits. I paid $5 for a blank, clear piece of acrylic about the size of the 410's side panel at a local glass shop. For something like this you'd want a frosted or solid colour piece of acrylic most likely though which would only cost a few dollars more at most.

I guess the best thing for me to do is wait some noob instruction with detailed information or just save up a few hundred dollars and go on a modding buying spree from Dwood and other fellow modders for things like these.

I can't imagine a PSU and HDD cover from Dwood costing any more then $150 and that would be heavily customized. I got my 2 OCN flames for like $15 biggrin.gif

From like 45$ for a full bottom cover
quote from Dwood on the site referring to a PSU cover. Add another say $45 for a HDD cover that puts you at $90 for the items your talking about smile.gif
