Yeah, I still have the C70. With me still in college the handles come in handy (no pun intended). I love the 820, but the price (while worthwhile) is convincing me to keep the C70.

I hear you. I'm on a Phantom 820 now as I got the Switch 810 build done. I seem to get bored very quickly once a build is complete. I find more fun and satisfaction in actually building them. I think I'll be going with something like a Case Labs or Mountain Mods next after the 820 is done. Either that or a 900D.

Mine arrives in the mail tomorrow. Super excited that I went with the gunmetal black, I hear amazing things about the quality of the paint job.

What kind of configuration would you guys recommend for an H80i in this case?

Awesome! I would say the normal setup of it installed on the back fan spot, push/pull if you want or even on the top, doesn't really matter. Just as long as the Corsair Logo is facing the right direction it should look good. xD

I was liking the idea of top-mounting it! If only just to separate it from what most configurations are tongue.gif

Hi everybody! I have been following posts on OC for a long time getting valuable information/general computer stuff but have never signed up or posted. (I know shame on me!)
So here is my first post...
Today I received my brand new NZXT Phantom 410 SE in gunmetal and also a corsair H80I. I am currently waiting on my Asus Sabertooth Z77 to put inside which should hopefully arrive tomorrow.
I am still using my current set up until then which is.. Asus P8P67 Duluxe, I5-2500K @ 4.5 GHZ, 16BG RAM, 128GB OCZ SSD, ATI HD 6770 (i know its not good my next big spend will be a GTX 670) and a corsair h60 all in a very old school case a cooler-master stacker 830.
Any way back to the new stuff i am also currently waiting for 2 corsair sp120 quiet edition fans and a single sythe gentle typhoon. I have decided set up my case minus these in preparation for the new mobo tomorrow:D
Anyway here are some pictures of what probably looks like an empty case + the H80I i hope you really enjoy them and cherish them for ever and ever.
(I will post more pictures as it progresses)

Isnt she beautiful!

Bare bones no fans only my antec psu which goes nicely with the case

These are the fans that came with the H80i i thought they looked quite nice here, i will be using my sp120's for the rad when they arrive.

I like box, box is good.

I think it looks a lot better than the previous generation of hydro-coolers.

With fans + mobo screws and some cabling sorted out. On a side note my grommets fell out, which was annoying.

Thank you for reading. I am very excited to complete this build and will keep you guys updated on any progress made.

Great minds thing alike, eh? Seriously love the look of the gunmetal case and the H80i. I'm borrowing the RAM and GPU from my last computer that I'm currently selling, so I haven't gotten comfortable enough to do any serious overclocking, but I safely bumped up to 4.2 GHZ with virtually no change in temps on my 3770k. thumb.gif
